Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Alexandria, Virginia. This role involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and float between Alexandria and Burke locations, providing PT services in SNFs to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Minimum requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, active state licensure, BLS may be required, and experience with Net Health EMR.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active state license to start the assignment
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with Net Health EMR

Responsibilities

• Provide travel PT services in skilled nursing facility settings
• Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Administer PT interventions and monitor patient progress
• Document care in Net Health EMR and communicate with the care team
