Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join as a traveling PT, delivering in-home care across diverse settings. You’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in new locations, with full-time travel contracts and relocation support.

The role emphasizes flexibility, clinical excellence, and ongoing patient-focused care across multiple assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Virginia PT license.
• Home Health experience.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare.

• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• On-call or weekend requirement: None
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
