Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a PT degree with NPTE, have graduated from an accredited program, and possess CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience and an active state PT license are required, with the ability to work under

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in-process licensure as PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
