Performance Physical Therapy of Naples is seeking an experienced outpatient Physical Therapist for an internal travel opportunity in Naples, FL. This role offers flexibility, a tax-free housing stipend, and customizable assignment lengths, with a potential to transition into a permanent position with full benefits.

You will deliver evidence-based manual therapy and movement-based treatment in 1:1 sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor newer clinicians, and contribute ideas

Qualifications

• Active Florida PT license (or eligibility) and roughly 3+ years’ outpatient experience.
• Strong manual skills and a passion for movement-based treatment.
• A friendly, team-first attitude and enthusiasm for building lasting patient relationships.
• Comfort balancing an efficient half-hour schedule without sacrificing high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions.
• Collaborate with clinic directors and a multidisciplinary team to uphold a high standard of care.
• Shape or receive mentorship: support for new grads and opportunities to lead clinical initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to streamline workflow and elevate the patient experience.
• Maintain strong professional relationships within the community.
