Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Seattle, WA. Evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

This travel role offers competitive pay, day-one health benefits, and a supportive recruiter network. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, with new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance initiatives.
