Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Salisbury, MD. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the opportunity to work in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop restoration programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while delivering high-quality care and expanding professional experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
