Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Newark, Delaware. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing therapy plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidate must hold an active Physical Therapy license and BLS. Doctorate in PT is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply. Travel and benefits are provided by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• Prerequisite: Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
