Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Gearhart, Oregon. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and quality of life.

Formación
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
- Physical Therapy experience preferred; New Grads welcome to apply.
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
