MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greeley, Colorado. Start date 10/12/2026, 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, travel employment with housing options and comprehensive benefits.

The PT will assess patients, plan care, and collaborate with the medical team to deliver skilled rehabilitation services and documentation, while meeting licensure and CPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license or in process of licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in PT methods
• Develops a plan of care and provides skilled PT services per physician orders
