Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26 week assignment in Seneca, South Carolina. The role requires a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; a Doctorate is preferred.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing rehab plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team. Travel PTs receive comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorsate/PhD preferred for advanced practice (optional).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety measures.
