Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Camden, SC. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with mobility impairments in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, with a focus on evidence-based care and safety.

Qualified candidates hold a valid PT license, BLS certification, and preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads welcome. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control guidelines.
