Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Neillsville, Wisconsin. You will assess referred patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a PT Doctorate or a PT degree with NPTE, graduation from an accredited program, and at least 1 year of experience. Current state licensure or in process plus CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services according to physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
