Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Galloway, New Jersey. This 13-week travel role offers 40 hours per week, with a consistent 8-hour shift and travel-friendly benefits.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree from an accredited program, current state license, and BLS. Start ASAP. You'll provide patient-focused care, collaborate with facility staff, and relocate with housing support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients and help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with facility staff to implement treatment plans and document progress per protocol.
