Shift is days, 08:30–16:30, 5x8 pattern, starting ASAP, with a 30-minute meal break. The assignment runs 15 weeks with a start date of 09/28/2026, offering exposure to interdisciplinary care and the chance to explore a coastal New Jersey location.

Qualifications

• Must have a PT degree from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PT license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
