Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Columbus, Indiana. The role covers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP, for a 13-week contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support outpatient patients to recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in a travel assignment across multiple sites.
