Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. The PT should have 6 months of experience (exception for strong backgrounds: 6 months may be accepted) and must hold BLS and a state PT license.

Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing a plan of care, supervising PTAs, and interfacing with Medical Center staff to ensure a team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification required.
• State-specific PT license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the respective setting and comply with facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for a team-based plan of care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care for various patient populations.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
