Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift at a SNF/LTC setting, with immediate Start Date (ASAP).

The ideal candidate may be experienced or newly graduated, must hold a PT license, CPR certification, and will develop care plans and deliver therapy per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
