Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist specialized in Home Health for a 13-week assignment in Virginia. The role requires driving to patients' homes and performing daily visits with a 8:00–17:00 schedule, Monday through Friday. A valid PT license, CPR, and BLS are mandatory, with 1 year of Home Health experience preferred.

Clinicians will travel to patient homes daily and participate in weekly meetings. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours, and travel reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health experience.
• Must have a valid license in hand.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients homes daily and attend weekly meetings.
• Handle 5–10 patient visits per day (average 5–6).
• Document appointments within 24 hours in the EMR system.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 8 hours per shift.
