Job summary

Nightingale's List is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Tehachapi, California. The PT will evaluate patients, create and execute treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training, and document progress while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a prison/correctional setting.

Candidates must hold an active California PT license and be able to meet credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercise and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the facility's interdisciplinary team to support care.
