Job summary

Nightingale's List LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 25-week assignment in Lancaster, California. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training, document progress, and collaborate with the facility's interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Applicants must hold an active California PT license and be a graduate of an accredited PT program.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the facility's healthcare team.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize care.
• Meet facility credentialing and background requirements as needed.
