Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for travel assignments in Moses Lake, Washington. This role offers full-time schedules (40 hours/week), 8-hour daytime shifts, and travel or local contracts depending on preference.

We welcome new graduates and seasoned clinicians who provide patient-centered therapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document care in accordance with standards. Licensed or pending state PT license required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
