Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 17-week travel assignment in Moses Lake, WA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the opportunity to impact patient outcomes in various settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Licensure or certifications may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
