Critical Connection, inc in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a licensed Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and the flexibility to work across diverse clinical environments based on experience and preferences.

You will evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care, document outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
