Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rutland, Vermont. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings, following evidence-based plans.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, document progress, and ensure safe, high-quality care while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Vermont is required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
