Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rutland, Vermont. You will work 40 hours per week in a facility setting, starting on 09/14/2026, with competitive pay and full travel benefits.

As part of our therapy team, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary group to ensure quality patient care and efficient discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New Grads welcome to apply (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Maintain infection control and safe practice standards
• Participate in discharge planning to support transitions
