Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, CA. The role emphasizes evaluating and treating patients with mobility limitations, delivering evidence-based therapy within hospital or clinic settings, and coordinating care with a clinical team.

You will work 40 hours per week, with days shifts, and receive competitive pay, benefits starting day one, and support from a dedicated recruiter. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• PT experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
