Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Clackamas, Oregon. This role offers 40 hours per week with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling.

You will evaluate and treat patients, deliver skilled PT services, monitor progress, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care per clinical standards. Travel and local contracts available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
