Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

Join this assignment to deliver skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Support patient recovery through individualized treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, fall prevention, and family education. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: Days, 08:30‑16:30.
• Workweek: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• 30‑minute meal break.

Jackson Therapy Partners Job ID #446430. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Current documentation of immunizations and background screening as required by facility policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute and geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
