Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ada, Oklahoma. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to impact patient mobility and quality of life while enjoying travel benefits.

You must hold a valid Physical Therapy license, be BLS certified, and be prepared to work in hospitals, clinics, or rehab settings. New grads are welcome to apply, with comprehensive support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods.
• Operate and calibrate PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the patient record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
