Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pryor, Oklahoma. The role requires 40 hours per week with days shifts, evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings.

Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and a current BLS certification. A Doctorate degree is preferred, and travel experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and prevention.
