Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Clover, South Carolina. The PT will evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patients in an acute care setting, with 13 weeks at 40 hours per week.

Requirements include 1 year of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates), BLS, and state licensing. Duties involve supervising PTAs, coordinating with facility staff, and ensuring compliant documentation and plan of care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months may be accepted.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; able to bend, lean or stoop as needed.
• Experience in the acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the respective setting following guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-based plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with the PT board's rules and regulations in respective state.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify as needed based on patient condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks and documentation.
