Job summary

Arise CareStaff, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Alturas, CA. The PT will work in acute and outpatient settings, delivering comprehensive therapy services to a diverse patient population.

Must hold a California PT license and BLS certification; Cerner charting is used for documentation. Position features day shifts, travel assignment, and weekly direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current California Physical Therapist License.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience: 1 year in acute care and outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in acute care and outpatient settings.
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document progress and communicate with care team and patients.
