Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 26-week travel assignment in Boiling Springs, SC. The role offers 40 hours per week, days, with competitive pay and benefits. Start date is 10/19/2026 and the position requires an active PT license and BLS certification.

The Therapist will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, creating individualized plans and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Assist in discharge planning and transitions to community/home settings.
