Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week travel assignment in Mt Airy, Maryland. The role offers 40 hours per week with dayshift, hospital/clinic settings, and a supportive clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads are welcome to apply, with travel experience a plus and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Maryland or eligibility
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement personalized PT plans to improve mobility
• Progress patient treatment plans and document outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
