Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Wellesley, MA. The role is 40 hours per week with days shifts and an ASAP start. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to restore function.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Perform PTA/therapist-delivered therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
