Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Urbana, Illinois. The 13-week contract requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour days in a travel setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates) and must hold BLS and state licensing. Collaboration with hospital staff and continuous care planning will be essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the respective setting following guidelines.
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities
