Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Longview, TX. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and reduce pain while working with a dedicated clinical team.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapist license (state-appropriate)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and diagnose functional limitations to identify treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety guidelines
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to community or home-based care
