Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sterling, VA. You will evaluate and treat patients across settings, develop evidence-based plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure safe, effective therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license, current BLS, and can adapt to fast-paced travel assignments. Travel demands flexibility, excellent communication, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
