Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment. The role is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and a travel setting, in a SNF/LTC environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, a current State PT license (or in process), and the ability to develop a care plan and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of licensure.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
