Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. This role offers a 13-week contract with a 40-hour workweek and days shift, focusing on SNF/LTC settings.

The candidate will join an experienced team, must hold a PT degree from an accredited program and a current state license, and will develop patient care plans and deliver skilled PT services per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state license as a Registered PT or actively in licensure process.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities
