Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to PT board rules and state regulations
• Collaborate with Medical Center personnel to implement a team-based plan of care
• Assess patient needs and develop/modifiy plans of care as patient condition changes
• Utilize hospital IT systems for daily tasks and record-keeping
