MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Harrisburg, Illinois.

Key duties include patient assessment, developing and implementing a plan of care, and collaboration with the care team to meet rehab goals. Requires PT degree and NPTE, licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. Travel assignment with 40 hours/week, days shift for 13 weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to set and evaluate team goals for each patient.
