Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Gardena, CA. The PT will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and implement treatments in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, competitive pay, and benefi ts. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, with licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• DPT or clinical doctorate preferred.
• Current physical therapy license in state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer PT treatments and monitor progress.
• Document evaluations, plans, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
