Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Whitehall, Wisconsin. You will provide evaluation and treatment to patients, working a 40-hour week with days shifts, in a clinical setting.

The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with support from a dedicated clinical team. Licensure requirements include a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based care.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
