Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Silver Spring, Maryland. Start date: 10/12/2026. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, travel benefits and housing options available.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE, have at least one year of experience, and current state PT licensure with CPR certification. Must pass facility-specific requirements; travel staffing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop plan of care and provide skilled PT services under physician orders.
