Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Andreas, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
