Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in King City, CA. The position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift and a competitive travel pay package. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, creating personalized treatment plans in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Applicants must hold a CA PT license and current BLS certification. Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) enabled.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs using standard tests and history.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer physical therapy modalities and exercise programs safely.
• Document progress and outcomes in medical records for coordinated care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize treatment results.
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention strategies.
