Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Chandler, Texas. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and a days shift, starting 11/16/2026.

Requirements include a DPT or BPT with NPTE, current state PT license or in process, and CPR certification. Travel benefits include housing allowance, weekly pay, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods
• Develops a plan of care and provides skilled PT services per physician orders
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals
