Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Pampa, Texas, for a 13-week assignment at 40 hours per week with a day shift. Candidate must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE and be licensed or in the licensure process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process of licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods
• Develop plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders
• Collaborate with disciplines to evaluate patient goals
