The PT will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, develop personalized plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective recovery.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety guidelines.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
